TMS have designed a range of events to tackle some fundamental issues in the workplace such as understanding people, time management, delegation and working as a unit.

Almost all of the challenges take place on the water and can vary from one adventurous day to several. These motivational team activities may include mast climbing, message in a bottle retrieval, skippering with simulated emergencies, racing, helicopter winch transfer from a moving rescue craft, various personal survival situations and the list goes on.
